Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Zayro – Berti, Wismer.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order or ship the goods.

3. Prices

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

4. Payment methods

5. Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland via Swiss Post.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Zayro – Berti, Wismer until full payment.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty of 2 years from receipt of the goods applies.

8. Liability

Zayro is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the company headquarters.
